If you haven’t used PicMonkey then your life is not complete. It’s a fantastic tool for photo editing, resizing, cropping, adding filters and effects, graphic overlays, collages and the list goes on.
Here’s an example of how I used it. The home page for my website is this:

I used the Dark Edges Effect and changed it to black and white, plus a minor adjustment to the brightness.
For my Glory page, I found a love heart at bigstockphoto.com:
And cropped the top right hand corner PLUS I used the shape cutter to make these:
Need to add bubbles to your image (this looks a bit silly but you get the drift)…
You can turn your images into polaroids…
And here’s a very small samples of the overlays you can use:

You can get some of these options for free but the Royale version is $33 per year which is extremely good value (this is what I’m signed up for).
